North Andover Firefighters To Participate In Fight For Air Climb

The team will compete in a 41-floor climb this weekend to raise money for the American Lung Association.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — A team of firefighters is training for the American Lung Association Fight For Air Climb in Boston. Over the past six years, they have raised $50,000, according to a North Andover Fire Department Facebook post.

The Fight For Air Climb is being held at One Boston Place on Saturday. Teams will climb 41 floors to finish at the top for the best view in the city.

"Each team competes for this incredible cause and mission to end lung disease for all," the fire department wrote in a Facebook post.

So far the team has raised more than $6,800 of an $11,000 goal.
