North Andover High School Music Department Hosts 15 Bands at New England Scholastic Band Association Marching Competition
Over 2,000 performers and spectators attended the NESBA Marching Band Competition at NAHS on October 1st.

Despite the uncooperative weather, the NAHS Music Department together with the North Andover Music Association (NAMA), hosted an exciting and successful New England Scholastic Band Association (NESBA) marching band competition on Saturday, October 1st.
Representing communities all over Massachusetts, 15 marching bands composed of 1078 performers competed during the event, which was attended by well over 800 spectators. Judges awarded the Scarlet Knights Marching Band a silver medal for their performance.
The NAHS band is looking forward to better weather and to including the impressive marching portion of its show at NESBA and MICCA competitions scheduled this month in Wakefield, Reading, and Lawrence, MA, as well as during the Knights Football halftime show on October 21st at Walsh Stadium.
