North Andover Man Gets Grand Jury Indictment

District Attorney Marian Ryan announced grand jury indictments for the county on Jan. 21. There was one indictment for a crime allegedly committed by a North Andover resident.

Kevin Rosario, 19, of North Andover, was charged with possession of a large capacity feeding device (2 counts), carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
