North Andover Police Dept. Accepts Donations of "Trouble the Dog"
Columbia Gas of Mass. & The Kennek Foundation facilitate donation to help families affected by the explosions in the Merrimack Valley.
On November 07, 2018, the North Andover Police Department accepted donations of "Trouble the Dog" plush toys from Columbia Gas of Massachusetts and The Kennek Foundation of Marblehead. Columbia Gas facilitated the donation, working with Sheila Duncan, Founder of The Kennek Foundation, as a way to support the local community. The Kennek Foundation provides comfort to children in crisis with the help of the character, Trouble the Dog, and the affiliated plush dogs and children's books. Trouble the Dog will be utilized by first responders in North Andover to give to children who have been affected by the recent explosions in the Merrimack Valley.
