North Andover Provides Winter Storm Update
The town is advising residents on parking, trash collection, and more.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The town is providing updates as a winter storm dumps snow and brings heavy winds to the region.
A winter parking ban went into effect Sunday and will remain in effect until Tuesday.
There will be no trash and recycling collection Monday. Collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Non-essential town buildings will be closed to the public and non-essential town employees will be working remotely Monday.
"We ask that you limit vehicles on the road while plowing operations are ongoing," the town wrote.

The town also advised residents to keep fire hydrants clear and clean storm drains when possible.
