North Andover Woman Charged With Hosting, and Allegedly Charging Admission, to An Underage Drinking Party

Investigators were told that the homeowner was allegedly charging an admission fee to get into the party.

A 48-year-old North Andover woman is scheduled to be arraigned in Lawrence District Court on Tuesday allegedly hosting an underage drinking party at her home on Friday night, according to police.

Officers went to a Woodcrest home on Friday evening after receiving a complaint of an undetage drinking party.

Investigators were told that the homeowner was allegedly charging an admission fee to get into the party, and then she allegedly provided alcohol to the underaged youths, including her own two children.

There were approximately 50 youths at the party, according to North Andover Police.

Patricia Frank, of 111 Woodcrest Drive, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, procuring alcohol for a person under 21 and keeping a disorderly house. She posted bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in Lawrence District Court.
