Our North Andover Middle School Robotics Team is going to Worlds

We are so proud of our middle school team, which is the first ever NAMS team to compete in Vex World Robotics Championship that will take place this April in Kentucky.
It's a dream come true! Using STEM skills, they'll compete against the best teams from around the world. They will rely on their teamwork, leadership, and communications skills. This is a great achievement, and the kids have spent more than 150 hours after school to prepare for this moment. However, the costs for participating in this four day event are in the range of $20,000.
The school donated the registration fee, but required parts, transportation and packaging of the
robot, booth decorating, costuming and travel expenses such as airfare and hotel are being raised by the students.
