NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- A woman called police after finding the body of her downstairs neighbor in the basement of their residence at 50 Lincoln Street. North Andover Police, the Essex County District Attorney's Office and the Massachusetts State Police are investigating the 49-year-old woman's death as a homicide. Police were called at about 12:28 pm Saturday. No arrests have been made, according to the Essex County D.A.'s office. On Saturday afternoon, police issued an alert to officers o be on the lookout for a white, 2016 Nissan Altima. This is a developing news story. Patch will update when more details become available.
