Popular Tax Work Off Program STILL AVAILABLE
North Andover Senior Center is currently accepting applications for our Senior Tax Work-Off Program

North Andover, MA -- The North Andover Council on Aging is currently encouraging senior town residents to apply for its very popular program that allows local seniors to exchange work hours for property tax relief.
Seniors who comply with the eligibility requirements can shave off approximately $1200.00 from their 2021 real tax bill.
“Our seniors are a dedicated and talented group of people and this program allows us to utilize that rich store of occupational knowledge for the benefit of the entire Town,” said Irene O’Brien, Director of Elder Services Department. “In spite of the current widespread interruption in our services, we are planning to come back from this stronger and healthier,” she added.

They perform such duties as landscaping, maintenance, administrative and educator assistants, marketing and food preparation, to name only a few,” O’Brien added.
