The Shawsheen River crested at 7.2 inches overnight Wednesday and is expected to fall below flood stage later this morning.The National Weather Service says minor flooding is expected from Wilmington to Lawrence until the river falls below flood stage.Shawsheen River flooding did close roads Wednesday in both Tewksbury and Billerica.Any scattered rain showers Thursday morning will changeover to snow showers/flurries as the morning progresses.
