An opening exists on the Board of Library Trustees of Stevens Memorial Library. The Library Board is a 7-member, self-perpetuating entity made up of North Andover residents who are committed to helping promote and support the programs, services, and collections of their town public library.

The Trustees invite any resident of North Andover to submit a Letter of Interest in filling this vacancy to the Board of Library Trustees. We are seeking a person with a background and experience in fundraising and grant writing to support library projects and programs. Other skills sought are marketing with a focus on brand strategy, communications and social media. Please include any experience, expertise, qualifications and/or other attributes, either professional or as a patron, that you would bring to the Board position.

The Board of Library Trustees meets at 5:00 PM on the 4th Tuesday of every month. In addition, there may be some committee work. A willingness to devote the necessary time is an important factor to selection as well. If you have any questions regarding the trustee position, please email Ann Cavanaugh at acavanaugh@northandoverma.gov.
