Susan Wornick to Host Holiday Fireside Chat and Wreath Stroll
Beloved Boston News Personality to Help Celebrate the Season on Dec. 5 at Ashland Farm at North Andover

For more than 30 years, Susan Wornick entertained and informed television viewers in the Boston area. Now, the former WCVB-TV news anchor is sharing her wit and wisdom with North Shore residents. Ashland Farm at North Andover, a Benchmark assisted living and memory care community in North Andover, Mass., today announced a Holiday Wreath Stroll and Fireside Chat with Susan Wornick will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 5, from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the community.
From her funny stories of being on the air for years to personal stories of triumph, aging and caring for her 103-year-old mother, Wornick will have you laughing and crying.
“Susan’s sage wisdom and advice feel like a warm hug,” says Fran Walker, executive director of Ashland Farm. “Over the holidays, many of us will be spending more time with our parents and recognizing how they are changing as they get older. We know that Susan will be able to bring laughter and levity to the topic of aging and so much more for all ages.”

Over 30 beautifully decorated holiday wreaths donated by North Shore community groups, businesses and individuals will be on display. At the end of the evening, a lucky winner will take home their favorite.
Refreshments and hos d’oeuvres will be provided, and the event is complimentary. Holiday Wreath Stroll and Fireside Chat with Susan Wornick will take place at Ashland Farm at North Andover, located at 700 Chickering Road in North Andover.
