Total Home Care Solutions Opens Office to Serve Andovers and Merrimack Valley

Total Home Care Solutions, LLC (THCS), a home care agency dedicated to tailoring care plans based on a client’s individual needs, has opened in Methuen. The opening has been announced by Dan Lombardi and Samantha Battis, THCS co-founders.

Total Home Care Solutions provides an array of personalized in-house services for seniors or others who may be home-bound, including companionship, medication reminders, clinical care, live in 24 hour care, transportation, safety assessments/repair or light housework. The home care agency was inspired out of a personal experience of Mr. Lombardi, who also has spent some 28 years in facilities management, with 10 years in long-term care facilities.

“My experience with my own mother showed me firsthand the urgent need for a highly trained, professional home care agency with the expertise to understand and address compassionately clients’ needs,” he said. “We do not believe in a cookie cutter approach. Each client is unique as a person, and so are their needs.”

The Total Home Care Solutions mission is “to help our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort of their own homes.”

“By understanding people’s needs and selectively placing highly trained professionals to meet those needs, we help keep clients safe, happy and productive in their homes,” said Battis. Her experience includes more than 25 years in health care clinical care and medical office management.
