Patch is rolling out the unofficial mayor of North Andover contest, and our next nominee is a duo (co-mayors?) -- Sam and Tina Messina, owners of

The Messinas opened their business a couple years ago and previously owned and operated Messinas Market.

"This duo has done so much to bring amazing culinary talent, events and exciting things to North Andover including they created North Shore Wine Week," wrote the people at public relations firm Images Unlimited when nominating them. "They also are instrumental in re-vitalizing the downtown area!"
