WHAT: Burtons Grill and The Wine Connextion, both long-time favorites in North Andover, MA have come together topresent a special one-night-only scotch tasting dinner on Sunday evening April 10th, 2016 at 6:30PM. The multi-course prix fixe dinner is $85 per person and will meld together the best of the culinary and spirits world in one special evening. The Wine Connextion, long known for their superior selection of wines at the most affordable prices, recently added the “BackRoom” a new expansion dedicated to premium spirits. “The partnership with Burtons Grill to get the word out about our spirits program just made sense. We share a lot of the same customers in North Andover and their dedication to quality and sourcing is in line with our mission,”said Tina Messina, Co-Owner of the Wine Connextion. With dishes like Roasted Quail Mole with potato leek gratin paired with Highland Park Dark Origins and Braised Leg of Lamb with root vegetables, cherry scented jus and puff pastry paired with Aberlour A'Bunadh, this meal will be as didactic as it is delicious. “A big part of what we do at Burtons Grill is experiential. We always want our customers’ expectations to be exceeded. This dinner gives us the opportunity to bring something truly special to our customers,” said Frank Parzych, General Manager of Burtons Grill North Andover. Scotch expert Dave Messina will guide diners through each pour while the culinary team at Burtons Grill will explain each tasting note during the evening. The combined team of Wine Connextion and Burtons Grill have hinted that many “unannounced special surprises and pours are planned” in addition to the regular evening’s festivities for this once in a lifetime event.
