3:27 p.m.: Two car mva, no injuries, West Main Street

March 11

11:45 a.m.: Report of verbal argument from condo next door. Officer reports all parties spoken too verbal disagreement. Bay Drive

7:14 p.m.: Car stopped on West Main Street. Paul A Guarino, 46, Country Candle Lane, Northborough, was arrested and charged with speeding in a violation special regulation zone, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor.

8:50 p.m.: Shoplifting reported at Shops Way. Cecilia A. Mallada, 58, Boutelle Street, Fitchburg, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, unlicensed operation of a MV, speeding in a violation special regulation zone, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police
