Northborough winter gear drive
If your kids have outgrown their snow pants, winter coats and boots, you can donate them to Northborough families in need.
Northborough Helping Hands Association Inc. (NHHA) will be collecting new and gently used winter coats, snow pants and boots through early November to benefit Northborough families in need.
Collection bins will be located at Lincoln Street School, Marguerite E. Peaslee School, Fannie E. Proctor School, Marion E. Zeh School, and Melican Middle School. The Northborough Recreation Department located at Town Hall on 63 Main Street and the Northborough Free Library located at 34 Main Street will also have collection bins for your convenience. At this time, only toddler through teen sized items are needed.
Items will be distributed to families in November and any surplus donations will be shared with other organizations including Friends of Families in Transition.
