Maternal Health Survey Seeking Feedback

Feedback from new moms with children up to 36 months and expecting parents is needed.

Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health (GBPH) is seeking feedback from new parents (with children up to 36 months) and expecting mothers to help identify opportunities to improve maternal programs, services and resources that better support women and their families.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes and should be submitted no later than Friday, July 24.
