• Steelers Part Ways with Rookie Offensive Lineman (steelersnow.com) — Northborough native Greg Crippen, a former Michigan offensive lineman, has been released by the Pittsburgh Steelers in their first round of preseason roster cuts. The 6-foot-4 center, once a four-star recruit and Academic All–Big Ten honoree, could still land on the team's practice squad as Pittsburgh trims down to its 53-man limit.
