QPR training is the CPR training of mental health: Question, Persuade, and Refer - the three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. It only takes 90 minutes to learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Please join us for this FREE training on Tuesday, September 29, 6:30-8 PM at Church of the Nativity (45 Howard Street). Please register.

The training will be led by Northborough HHS Social Worker Caitlin Mitchell, LCSW.

It's a great opportunity for parents, educators, coaches, and any community member who wants to be better prepared to support others. Every person trained in QPR helps build a stronger, healthier Northborough!
