Take the Encompass Parent and Caregiver survey

Encompass is a community coalition focused on preventing and reducing substance misuse in Northborough and Southborough.

They are asking all parents and caregivers to take a 5-minute survey. The feedback will help plan the best substance use prevention programs for Northborough and Southborough.

Local problems require local solutions, and we need your help to understand how parents local to Northborough and Southborough view youth substance use. The survey will ask how you talk with your children about drugs and alcohol, but will also ask you what you think about community trends and reasons why you think kids use drugs and alcohol. All of this information is so important to help our coalition design the best support systems for families in our towns.
