Arrest Made In Connection With Milford Homicide
Christopher Tetreault, 28, was arrested in Charlottesville, Virginia on Tuesday on charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

MILFORD – An arrest has been made in connection with the stabbing death of a Milford man found inside a storage locker last week, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

Christopher Tetreault, 28, was arrested in Charlottesville, Virginia on Tuesday on the charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Following an investigation, State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office applied for a warrant for Tetreault’s arrest and travelled to Charlottesville to apprehend him. With the assistance of Virginia State Police, Tetreault was taken into custody without incident.

Tetreault is being charged in connection with the murder of Paul T. Weaver, 54, of Milford. Weaver was found inside his storage locker at 15 Beach St. on Tuesday, August 17.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner performed an autopsy, determined Mr. Weaver died of multiple stab wounds and ruled the death a homicide.
Tetreault is set to appear in court in Virginia on Thursday on a fugitive from justice charge.
The investigation remains ongoing by State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office and the Milford Police Department.
