TRY BEFORE YOU BUY ON TUESDAY, 2/28. This six-week series beginning 3/6 (skipping 3/27) is offered for those who experience chronic low back pain and is geared toward an experiential investigation of whole-person wellness. Instructor Jennie Isbell will help participants to explore specific practices of Hatha yoga that have positive effects on the musculoskeletal phenomenon of low back pain. Pre-registration is required for both 2/28 trial class and the 6-week series.
