8 Week Boot Camp Series

Tired of working out alone, doing the same old boring exercises that don't get you any bang for your buck?  Join our Boot Camp series!  In a compact, 50-minute class, you will perform cardio intervals and resistance drills designed to burn calories, elevate the heart rate and boost metabolism.  We'll also stay motivated by having fun and working out together! (no class during Feb. school vacation week)
