Beginner Pilates 8-Week Session

Now is the time to try Pilates!  Our 8-week session started last week, but it's not too late to join in tonight.  We follow the Stott method of Pilates, working from the inside out in order to strengthen the core muscles.  During this full body workout on the mat, we use small props to both modify and intensify your workout. We also entertain the mind by educating our students about proper anatomical movement while keeping the information light and usable in every day life.  Get ready to get in shape, learn, de-stress and have fun!
