Teen Yoga 8-Week Series

Teens today are more stressed than ever with pressure from academic expectations and social situations as well as numerous extracurricular activities!  Yoga can help students relax, focus and take a little time away from it all.  Yoga can burn calories and enhance the mind/body connection, resulting in increased body awareness and improved self-confidence! This beginner class starts tonite and runs for 8 weeks, with days off for school vacation days.
