YogaBack is taught by Chiropractor Dr. Danielle Hanlon who has designed a Yoga Class specifically targeted to people who suffer with chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. This gentle class is designed to stretch, strenghthen, improve range of motion, improve posture and core and reduce pain.
The class is appropriate for all ages and all fitness levels, even people who have never taken yoga before.
