Historic District Commission Votes on White Cliffs Property
The commission voted to deem White Cliffs a historic district, but voters must approve it at Town Meeting.

While it must pass approval at next week’s Town Meeting, the Northborough Historic District Commission voted unanimously on April 21 to approve the White Cliffs property as a historic district, reported the Community Advocate.
Roughly 30 residents attended the meeting at the Northborough Fire Station led by the commission, which detailed how it came to its determination.
The decision would prevent any owners from demolishing the structure, and no new developments would be allowed in the front of the building.
Northborough’s Town Meeting is Monday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. at Algonquin Regional High School.
