House Fire in Northborough: Police

NORTBOROUGH, MA - A private dwelling went up in flames Thursday afternoon, police said.

The fire happened on Whitney Street at about 2 p.m, according to police. There were no injuries reported, police said.

Some parts of Whitney Street were closed as of about 2:15 p.m., police said.

The Westborough and Shrewsbury fire departments aided in extinguishing the fire.
