ICYMI: Clown Sighting on Northborough School Campus Was Hoax: Officials
A reported clown sighting on the property of a local school was confirmed to be a hoax.
NORTHBOROUGH, MA—On the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 4, officials at the public schools of Northborough and Southborough received a report that a person wearing a clown costume was on a school campus in Northborough.
In a release from the public schools, it was indicated that all the schools were alerted, and responded with readiness practices. After police investigated, they have confirmed it was a hoax.
