1:58 a.m.: Police pull a car over on Main Street. David M. Marcotte, 54, Plymouth Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, failure to wear a seatbelt, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI (third offense), open container of alcohol in the vehicle

July 5

3:13 p.m.: Identity fraud, West Main Street

July 6

1:22 a.m.: Party in lobby reporting harassing phone calls/ questions on landlord/tenant issue. Advised of options. Main Street

1:34 a.m.: Police pull a car over on Church Street. Victor O. Rivera, 29, Johnson Street, Springfield, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, speeding in a special regulation zone, no inspection sticker, operating with a revoked license, attaching a plate, negligent operation of a vehicle, OUI drugs, uninsured vehicle, unregistered vehicle
