Police talked to one witness, a young girl, who said that while she and two of her friends played soccer, Fournier stood near one of the fields and "watched them." The girl told police that as Fournier walked toward them, he lifted his shirt and scratched his stomach, and his penis was exposed. He then walked into the men's room, and came back out, exposing himself again. The girls told police that his penis was sticking over the top of his pants, "just hanging there."
Police who viewed the surveillance footage said that the girls looked "visibly shocked" and ran off to find their parents.
