Missing Man From Northborough Has Been Found
Crews searched for a man reported missing from Northborough, and presumed in Westborough.
WESTBOROUGH, MA—A man from Northborough who was reported missing on Wednesday has been found, according to Westborough police. "We are pleased to report that we are canceling the missing person notice sent out via press release to media outlets yesterday," said Westborough police in a release. "Brian Carens has returned home. We would like to thank everyone that called with information. A special thank you to the Westborough Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police K9 section and Air Wing for their assistance in yesterday's search of the Westborough reservoir. This area was searched out of an abundance of caution as Brian's car was located parked at the reservoir."
Crews searched for hours on Wednesday for a missing person in a Westborough pond. Brian Carens, 22 of Northborough, was reported missing by his family yesterday, Nov. 25, according to Northborough police.
Carens had last been seen by family members at home on Friday, Nov. 11. On Tuesday, Nov. 15, around 7:45 a.m., Westborough police found Caren’s vehicle parked on Upton Road adjacent to the Westborough reservoir. Northborough police contacted the family to find out why the car was left roadside next to Sandra Pond, and a search ensued.
