Northborough Annual Town Cleanup Set For April 27
Northborough is encouraging residents to help cleanup the town.
NORTHBOROUGH, MA — The town is asking residents to get their hands dirty in an effort to keep the town clean. The annual Louise Houle town cleanup is set for April 27 at the Pavilion at Ellsworth-McAfee Park on Rt. 135. The town is encouraging a 'clean at your own pace' sentiment and will be holding the event all weekend, but gloves, bags and street assignments will be given out from 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on that Saturday.
An appreciation continental breakfast will be provided to all volunteers at bag pick up. Pastries from Wegmans, Coffee from Dunkin and the Cow from Chick-fil-A Westborough will be on hand to pass out Chicken Biscuits. The Northborough Community Affairs Committee and the Northborough Women’s Club are hosting the event.
You can sign up for specific areas on the website. The Northborough food pantry will also be collecting food items.
