Northborough 2019 Town Election Results
14 percent of registered voters came out for the town election.
NORTHBOROUGH, MA — On Tuesday night, voters gave Selectman Leslie S. Rutan to a sixth term on the board and voted in a new member to the Northborough/ Southborough Regional School Committee. Voters from all four precincts cast their ballot and 14 percent of registered voters made it to the polls.
Rutan gathered 747 votes and faced off against Millie Milton who gained 377 and Jason T. McDonald who got 418 votes.
Newbie Sean P. O’Shea was voted to fill a one-year unexpired term on the Northborough/ Southborough Regional School Committee. The position was held by Jonetta Choi who resigned in January. O'Shea garnered 767 votes. He faced challenger Christopher D. Covino who gained 494 votes.

The rest of the candidates for town moderator, Planning Board member, Northborough School Committee member and Northborough-Southborough Regional School Committee member ran unopposed.
