Northborough Crossing to Expand, Say Developers

More businesses will have room to move into the "Crossing."

Brendon Properties plans to build 57,000 square feet of businesses across from the area that contains Starbucks, Burger King and BJ’s gas station, reported the Telegram and Gazette.

Kevin Gilbin told the planning board that the plan is to add two restaurants, a bank, specialty stores and more onto 19 acres. The variances and permits needed for the expansion were approved by the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals and a public hearing is scheduled.

Construction is planned for April, with completion by 2016, reported the Telegram.
