Northborough Man Arrested in Robbery of Westborough Bank
A man has been arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred in Westborough on Monday morning.

Police have arrested a man who allegedly robbed a bank in Westborough on Monday morning.
Det. Sgt. Peter Goodney of the Westborough Police Department assisted by the Northborough Police Department, arrested Christopher W. Comeau, 20, of 74B Ridge Rd. Northborough at his residence.

Comeau reportedly robbed Citizen’s Bank in Westborough late morning on Monday.
On Sept. 14, around 11:45 a.m., Westborough police received a report of a robbery at 32 at the bank inside Stop and Shop.

Employees told police that the robber was a white male, between 5’5” and 5’7”, and entered the bank, handing the teller a note that demanded money. The suspect was also wearing a baseball hat and had a mustache.
An undetermined amount of cash was taken from Citizen’s.
The robbery is being investigated by detectives from the Westborough Police Department.
