Northborough PAYT Bulk Item Label Sales Temporarily Suspended

“TEMPORARY PAYT PROGRAM CHANGE”

As a result of the Governor’s directive for so many residents to stay home there has been an increase in the amount of solid waste and recycling set out at the curb which in turn is resulting longer work days for the Republic Services employees collecting our solid waste and recycling. In an effort to help them do their jobs in a reasonable manner and to insure the route trucks have adequate capacity available to collect all trash bags set out each day, the Town has requested retailers to stop selling the bulk item labels. Once the Covid-19 crisis is over the sale of bulk item labels will resume. Please note all bulk items with labels will be collected but additional bulk item labels are not available to purchase until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Trash & Recycling Pickup Schedule ReminderTrash is picked up each week, recycling is collected every other week. Click on the street list to determine which day your trash is picked up and which week (A or B) your recycling will be collected.

Please make sure items are at the curb by 7am and use good judgement and keep in mind the drivers have approximately 1,000 stops each day.
