Northborough Police: Driver Arrested for 2nd OUI; Multiple Dog Complaints
The following are excerpts from the Northborough police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Incidents, Aug. 11
- At 4:59 p.m., police responded to an animal complaint, or...a complaint about an animal. A dog was running around in the roadway on Bearfoot Road and ran into the woods.
- At 9:51 p.m., police responded to complaints of a barking dog, West Main Street
- At 10:17 p.m., a passerby reported to police that an Australian shepherd was running loose and heading toward Main Street.
Incidents, Aug. 12
- At 12:47 a.m., one male is arrested for operating under the influence, West Main Street. Eric J. Tomlin, Sr., 45, 31 Federal Hill Road, Charlton, was arrested and charged with OUI (second offense), speeding in a special regulation zone, no inspection sticker, marked lanes violation
