Northborough Police: Man Stuck in Snow, Arrested for OUI

Wednesday, Jan. 21
- At 7:23 p.m., police arrested Jean Pierre Dalencon, 29, 100 Bellingham Ave., Apt. 2, Revere, on a warrant
Thursday, Jan. 22
- At 6:58 a.m., police served a warrant. One male in custody. Belmont Street.
- At 7:17 a.m., police arrested Fernando Marrero-Martinez, 46, 39 Boylston St., Boston, on three warrants (charge on third warrant: conspiracy to violate drug law)
- At 5:03 p.m., police arrested one male for larceny at Shops Way
- At 5:27 p.m., a hit and run occurred on Bartlett Street
- At 5:36 p.m., police arrested James J. Phillips, 35, 43 Ray Ave., Bellingham, and charged him with larceny over $250 and driving with a suspended license for OUI
- At 7:06 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny by check, Northborough Crossing
- At 7:07 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny by check, Northborough Crossing

- At 7:40 a.m., police responded to a two-car MVA on Church Street
- At 11:37 a.m., police responded to a two-car MVA. No injuries. Belmont Street.
Sunday, Jan. 25
At 2:50 a.m., police arrested Christopher Arruda Afonso, 27, 120 New Lancaster Road, Leominster, and charged him with a marked lanes violation and OUI (liquor)

Wednesday, Jan. 28
- At 10:22 a.m., police responded to a dispute over property, Belmont Street
- At 10:57 a.m., the fire department responded to a car stuck in the snow on Church Street. It resulted in an arrest of one male for OUI.
- At 12:50 p.m., police arrested two for shoplifting, Otis Street
