Northborough Wins First Place In MMA’s Annual Town Report Contest
The Massachusetts Municipal Association awarded Northborough first place for their annual town report.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA- The town of Northborough was awarded first place for the Massachusetts Municipal Association's Annual Town Report Contest.
Northborough won for the contest's category 1 section which includes populations of 12,500 and up. The town competed against neighboring communities as well as towns such as Concord and Wellesley.
The judging criteria for the annual town-report contest include cover design and layout, logical arrangement of material, presentation of statistics and data, summaries of the town's achievements and evidence of local planning for the future, and practical utility of the report, which enhances the citizen's understanding of town government.

This isn’t the first time that Northborough has won this recognition. In fact, they have received this honor at least three times.
