Northborough's Annual Tree Lighting, Holiday Trolley

NORTHBOROUGH, MA — As the grand finale to the Holiday Trolley, Northborough gathers together for the annual tree lighting on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The Northborough Community Affairs Committee organizes and hosts the Annual Tree Lighting on Blake Street in honor of Neil Ellsworth.

Here is the schedule of events:

• 5 p.m. Pizza, Cookies and Hot Cocoa will be served (while supplies last)
• 5:20 p.m. Ceremony and Tree Lighting
• 5:30 p.m. Holiday Carols by the Zeh School Children’s Chorus
• 6 p.m. Holiday Trolley Raffle Drawing

This event is the grand finale to The Northborough Holiday Trolley, which is a ride up and down Main Street from noon to 5 p.m. sponsored by local merchants and small businesses. A raffle will be held at the tree lighting for those patrons who participated in the trolley collecting raffle tickets from retailers and restaurants along the route."

Pizza is being donated by Northboro House of Pizza. Monetary donations are requested for pizza, which will go directly to the Northborough Food Pantry.
