9:09 a.m.: Officer advising of loose dog. ACO contacted. Dog returned to 107 Brigham St. Owner given warning for nuisance dog. School Street

3:12 p.m.: Medium white dog running loose, East Main Street

5:29 p.m.: Police respond to Church Street. Laura M. Mastrototoro, 41, Colonial Way, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged on a warrant for speeding in violation special regulation, driving on suspended license

6:32 p.m.: 2 males arguing / one party gone on police arrival, East Main Street
