Nutrition Coach Teaches School Kids How to Eat Healthier
Diana Pruzinsky brings her expertise to schools across the state, and visited Zeh last week.
As she shares her story on her website, Diana Pruzinsky gave up a successful career in sales and accounting because, well, she didn't feel well. While she was financially successful, she didn't feel strong and healthy. Pruzinsky ditched the stressful sit-at-your desk career to concentrate on getting herself strong and healthy, and now makes a career out of teaching others to do so, as well.
"Do they have to tell us what is in our school lunches?" asked one student during a program presented by Pruzinsky at the Zeh School last Tuesday.
She addressed it by letting them know they should ask, and offered other tips and knowledge in a five step series she concocted just for the younger generation. Pruzinksy shared this program with the fifth graders on Tuesday, when students, while chatty and rambunctious at times, responded with questions of their own.
