Hear an environmental expert speak on the care of the earth, our most precious resource, and the recent encyclical of Pope Francis.

Enrichment Program at St. Rose of Lima Church, 244 W. Main St. (Rt. 20), Northborough. A timely presentation on an important contemporary issue is being offered. Free & open to the public. All welcome!

Presenter: Martha Gach, Ph.D.

Martha serves as Conservation Coordinator at Mass Audubon’s Broad Meadow Brook Conservation & Wildlife Sanctuary in Worcester. While issues of the environment are being debated in the political realm, there are many indicators from the scientific community that human activity continues to affect our beloved earth. Pope Francis, in his recent letter, has appealed to all people of good will to exercise greater care for what he calls “our common home.” Come and hear from someone who works directly with the beauty of creation and learn of the hope of Francis.
