Shrewsbury Farmers Market is pleased to announce opening day for the market’s second inaugural season on Wednesday, June 17th. Shrewsbury Farmers Market will be open every Wednesday from June 17th to September 30th, operating from 2:00pm - 6:30pm. Opening day events on June 17th will include Story Time with Barefoot Books ambassador Tracy Cunningham, as well as a seed planting project and scavenger hunt for children.

A wide selection of local agricultural products will be available at Shrewsbury Farmers Market, including:

  • fresh fruits and vegetables, including specialty Asian and micro green produce
  • local, grass fed, free range and antibiotic free meats, eggs and cheese
  • artisan breads, hand made baked goods, gourmet brownies, and fudge
  • alpaca fleece products
  • local wine
  • micro-roasted coffee
  • soaps and skin care products made from local ingredients

This year’s market will also feature a full schedule of children’s activities and crafts, story time, and musical performances. There’s something for everyone!

The market is held at Ski Ward in Shrewsbury. Ski Ward offers plenty of free parking and is open for their summer activities, along with the outdoor bar and grill, ice cream and beach volleyball.
