Tickets on Sale for 4th Annual Taste of MetroWest Scheduled for March 25
Attendees can sample food and beverages from the area's finest restaurants, caterers, gourmet markets, wineries, brew houses and local purveyors of fine liquors.
Last year, guests were all gossiping about the hospital food at the 3rd Annual Taste of MetroWest,Β as MetroWest Medical Center won best appetizer and best presentation for its shrimp dish.
Tickets are now on sale for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerceβs 4th AnnualΒ Taste of MetroWest event on Tuesday, March 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at theΒ Sheraton Framingham HotelΒ & Conference Center.
Last year more than 1,000 people tasted appetizers, entrees, sipped on wine and sampled desserts at the Taste of MetroWest from almost 50 different restaurants and businesses.
Sponsored by Framingham State University and MassBay Community College, this year theΒ Chamber is partneringΒ with the MetroWest Tourism and Visitorβs Bureau to further expand visibility to the Boston andΒ Worcester markets and to connect with a larger local audience.Β
Attendees, after purchasing a ticket, can sample food and beverages from the areaβs finest restaurants, caterers, gourmet markets,Β wineries, brew houses and local purveyors of fine liquors.
And participants willΒ compete in the Best of MetroWest β Peopleβs Choice award competition where attendeesΒ will decide who has the best entrΓ©e, appetizer, dessert and beverage and presentation.
Already on board to serveΒ delectable treats are American Girl, Bertucci's Framingham, The Boston BeerΒ Company, Bolton Street Tavern, Charter Oak Country Club, Chocolate Therapy, Cookie LadyΒ Treats, Costco, Culinary Underground, Dzian Gallery, Fresh City, Giuseppe's Grill, HeritageΒ at Framingham, Honey Baked Ham, Jack's Abby Brewing, La Cantina Italiana, The Outback,Β Pepper's Catering, Polar Beverages, Roche Brothers, Soul of India, Sweet Lydiaβs, NMΒ CafΓ©,Tomasso Trattoria, The Verve, and Wachusett Brewing. Tickets areΒ $28 in advance and tickets must be purchased byΒ noon on March 25 atΒ www.tasteofmetrowest.org. Tickets at the door will be $40 per person.
