Universal loyalty card for Northborough businesses

We are contemplating the idea of introducing a universal loyalty card for all small businesses in Northborough and seeking feedback. We hope that with such a card businesses can build stronger relationships with their customers by knowing more about their preferences, and the customers will not have to be confused with multiple cards.
