Woman Charged With Prostitution at EconoLodge; Posted Services Online
State police assisted Northborough police in the arrest of a woman from New York.
A woman from New York was arrested on Friday and charged with one count of sexual conduct for a fee.
With assistance from Massachusetts State Police, Northborough police arrested Liexiu Luo, 54, 132 Pople Ave., NY, at 2 p.m. on Friday at her motel room (125) at the EconoLodge Inn and Suites at 380 Southwest Cutoff.
Luo was arrested in her room after an investigation showed that she was working as a prostitute at the EconoLodge, and had been advertising her services on a website called backpage.com, according to police.

Luo will be arraigned on Monday morning at Westborough District Court.
