Train with one of Boston's most accomplished contemporary dance artists at North Reading School of Ballet!
NRSB is thrilled to welcome back Levi Marsman—acclaimed choreographer, performer, and educator—whose impressive career spans some of the nation's most prestigious dance institutions, including Alvin Ailey, Boston Ballet, and Steps on Broadway. From performing with renowned professional dance companies to creating original works for leading arts organizations, Levi brings a wealth of professional experience and artistic insight to this exclusive masterclass.
Fusing a modern jazz warm-up with an emphasis on contemporary movement, dancers will explore unconventional approaches to choreography and artistic expression. The class will focus on weight distribution, core stability, proper alignment, and musicality while challenging dancers to expand their movement vocabulary, refine their technique, and discover new possibilities in their dancing.
Part of NRSB’s Dance Workshop Series, this masterclass offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from an internationally recognized dance artist. Open to both current NRSB students and dancers from the surrounding community, this is an experience you won't want to miss!
